Tasked with the assignment of improving an experience related to transportation, a team of two others and I looked into ways to improve the experience of air travel, and designed a new end of journey tracking system to provide quick and accessible updates on the status of bags moving from the airplane to the carousel for retrieval.
As a part of the team working on this project, I contributed to the research, brainstorming, and concepting of the idea. I took a leadership position in helping to guide my teammates through the process, subdividing tasks to better leverage my teammates expertises in research or 3d modeling. Of the final deliverables, I was primarily responsible for creating the Ecosystem map and Service Blueprint. I also worked on developing some of the brand design, and was the lead designer on the design presentational booklet which is shown above.
