Created for my Graphic Design 1 class, Self Portrait was created within the guidelines of using a photo of myself in combination with word, line, and photography. For my photography, I chose to use a photo of Kyoto Castle that I took on a trip to Japan, as well as a photo of one of my music projects projected at an angle on my monitor. I chose these photos to represent my interests in Japan and in music production. The choice of the word "audiovisual" Is because I like to approach things I create in a multi-media manner whenever possible, and the treatment of the word "visual" with the scribble is to represent my dysgraphia, which makes it fairly difficult for me to handwrite.
